1. Using the site

Jack of All Brains is an ADHD awareness and education site. You're welcome to read, share links to our pages, and play our games for free, with nothing to sign up for.

Please don't misuse the site. That means no trying to break or overload it, no scraping or copying it in bulk, no automated score posting, and nothing illegal.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on this site, including our guides, tips, games and planner, is for general education and awareness only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, psychologist or other qualified professional. Talk to a professional before making decisions about your health, medication or treatment.

If you're struggling right now or thinking about hurting yourself, please go to our crisis resources page, or call or text 988 in the US. Call 911 (or your local emergency number) if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

3. The ADHD planner (paid)

The full undated ADHD planner is a digital PDF sold for $9.99 through Gumroad. Gumroad handles the checkout, payment, delivery and receipts, so your purchase is also covered by Gumroad's own terms and policies. Gumroad's refund terms apply to refund requests. If something goes wrong with your download, contact us and we'll help.

When you buy the planner, you get a personal-use license. You may download it, print it as many times as you like, and use it in note-taking apps for yourself and your own household. Please don't resell it, share the file publicly, upload it to other sites, or pass it off as your own work.

4. The free planner sampler

The 13-page sampler is free to download, with no sign-up and no email needed. The same personal-use rules apply: print it and use it, and feel free to share a link to this site, but please don't sell it or repost the file as your own.

5. Browser games and leaderboards

The games in the Dopamine Arcade are free to play in your browser. Your best scores and unlocks are saved in your browser on your device. We may change, pause or remove a game at any time.

Some games have public leaderboards. If you type a display name, it is shown publicly next to your score, so don't use your full real name or any personal information. Display names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone else. We filter out names that look offensive, and we may remove any name or score (for example, one that looks cheated) without notice.

6. Our content

The text, artwork, Jack the squirrel character and logo, games, planner and other material on this site belong to Jack of All Brains or the people who license them to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please ask us before copying our content, art or designs anywhere else.

7. Third-party links and ads

We link to other sites, such as TikTok, YouTube, Gumroad and crisis services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Read our Privacy Policy for details about cookies and how to opt out of personalized ads. An ad on this site isn't an endorsement by us.

8. Limitation of liability

The site, games and downloads are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep things accurate and running, but we can't promise the site will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jack of All Brains is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, the games or the planner, or from relying on anything you read here. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
