One squirrel. Every brain trick in the book.
Jack of All Brains is a daily dose of ADHD clarity, hosted by the sharpest squirrel on the internet. We publish ADHD tips, hacks, and facts across TikTok, our other social channels, and this website — translating brain science and lived experience into plain language that actually helps.
What we do
Every piece of content follows the same recipe: a relatable ADHD moment, something practical to try today, and the why it works behind it. No fluff, no shame — just tools brains will actually use. Our three content lanes are:
- ADHD Hacks — step-by-step strategies for focus, mornings, transitions, and follow-through.
- ADHD Truths — brain facts and myth-busting that turn shame into understanding.
- Tips of the Day — one small, try-it-today win in every post.
Why we exist
ADHD is widely misunderstood — including by many of the people who have it. Our mission is to make ADHD make sense: to give people language for their own brains, practical strategies for daily life, and a community where nobody has to mask. Whether you were diagnosed yesterday or twenty years ago, you're one of us.
A note on our content
Jack of All Brains is an awareness and education project. Our content is informational only — it isn't medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We don't make medical claims or promise outcomes. If you're navigating ADHD, a qualified professional who understands adult ADHD is the right guide for personal decisions.
