A note on ADHD and hard days

ADHD brains feel things at full volume — rejection, overwhelm, and shame can hit especially hard (emotional dysregulation is part of the neurology, not a character flaw). A hard day, or even a hard season, doesn't define your story. Support exists, and reaching for it is one of the bravest things a brain can do.

When the storm passes, we're here.

Come back and read our plain-language guides to the ADHD brain whenever you're ready.
